Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.
- All items must be delivered to the University of Yangon, Myanmar, at the address specified above. Delivery within Yangon city limits is included in the quoted price. Any delivery outside the Yangon metropolitan area will require a separate written amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Myanmar within thirty (30) days of the Professor's written acceptance of the delivered goods and receipt of a valid tax invoice.
- The Professor, as the authorized academic recipient, shall conduct a quality inspection of all laboratory equipment and materials within seven (7) business days of delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported in writing to the supplier within this period.
- All equipment must carry a minimum warranty period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, with on-site service coverage available within Yangon, Myanmar.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Myanmar Arbitration Centre in Yangon.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are intended for academic research and educational purposes under the supervision of a Professor at a recognized university in Myanmar, and shall not be resold or diverted without written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Yangon region (cyclones, flooding), shall extend the delivery deadline by a period equivalent to the duration of the disruption, as certified by the relevant Myanmar government authority.
