- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier must confirm acceptance in writing to the Office of Academic Procurement, Nepal Kathmandu, within this period.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are to be delivered to the designated Professor's laboratory at Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Nepal Kathmandu, no later than 30 July 2025. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- The Professor or their authorized laboratory assistant shall inspect all delivered items within five (5) working days of arrival. Any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities must be reported in writing to the supplier and the procurement office in Nepal Kathmandu within this inspection window.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Nepal Kathmandu within thirty (30) days of successful delivery inspection and issuance of a Delivery Acceptance Certificate by the Professor.
- All equipment must carry a minimum warranty of two (2) years from the date of installation. The supplier shall provide on-site technical support in Nepal Kathmandu for the duration of the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Nepal, specifically the Contract Act, 2023 (B.S. 2080), and all disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
