All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). VAT (Mehrwertsteuer) is applied at the standard Swiss rate of 8.1% as per the Federal Tax Administration (BAV) regulations in force for 2025. Delivery is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the ETH Zürich campus, Zürich, Switzerland.
Delivery of all equipment shall be made to the laboratory of Professor Dr. Elena Marchetti, located at Hauptgebäude HG F 42, Rämistrasse 7, 8092 Zürich, Switzerland. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, insurance during transit, and white-glove installation within the ETH Zürich building. Installation must be completed no later than 31 August 2025. The supplier shall coordinate with the ETH Zürich Facilities Management Office (Tel: +41 44 633 44 00) for access permits, elevator reservations, and electrical connections. A minimum of 5 business days' written notice is required before the delivery date.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon confirmation of this Purchase Order; 60% upon successful delivery and installation in Zürich; 10% upon completion of the training programme and final acceptance by Professor Marchetti.
