1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific commercial regulations applicable in Dubai. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
2. The Professor agrees to maintain full-time residency and professional registration in the United Arab Emirates Dubai for the duration of this engagement, in compliance with the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations.
3. All intellectual property, research outputs, and course materials developed under this Purchase Order shall be jointly owned by DIARE and the Professor, with DIARE retaining primary institutional rights for academic use within the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
4. The Professor shall comply with all data protection and confidentiality obligations as outlined in the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. This Purchase Order may be amended only by mutual written agreement signed by both parties. No verbal modifications shall be binding.
6. The Professor warrants that all services rendered shall meet the academic standards established by the UAE Ministry of Education and the Dubai Academic Accreditation Council.
