Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the University of Birmingham, located in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and is authorised by Professor Eleanor M. Whitfield in her capacity as Principal Investigator and Head of the Advanced Materials Research Group.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the School of Metallurgy, University of Birmingham, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 2TT, United Kingdom, no later than the required delivery date stated above.
- The supplier shall ensure that all equipment complies with current United Kingdom health, safety, and regulatory standards, including UKCA marking where applicable, and meets the specifications outlined in the Professor's research grant documentation.

- All intellectual property and data generated through the use of the purchased equipment shall remain the property of the University of Birmingham and Professor Whitfield's research team.
