  1. Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be issued via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account designated by Professor Ashworth. Invoices are due within thirty (30) calendar days of the end of each academic month. The total amount of this Purchase Order, $78,381.93, shall be disbursed in three equal installments corresponding to the months of September, November, and December 2025.
  2. Performance Period: All services and deliverables under this Purchase Order are to be completed between August 25, 2025, and December 19, 2025, in alignment with the CUNY Fall 2025 academic calendar in New York City, United States.
  3. Compliance: Professor Ashworth agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state (New York State), and municipal (New York City) laws and regulations governing academic employment, tax withholding, and professional conduct. This Purchase Order is subject to the New York City Administrative Code and the CUNY Faculty Handbook.
  4. Intellectual Property: All research findings, lecture materials, and publications produced by the Professor in direct connection with the services described in this Purchase Order shall be jointly owned by the Professor and the City University of New York, as stipulated in the CUNY Intellectual Property Policy.
