Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and constitutes a binding procurement request for the supply, delivery, and installation of academic furniture, technology equipment, and related services for the designated Professor's office and laboratory.
- The Supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the specified address in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, no later than the Required Delivery Date stated above. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, capped at 10%.
- All equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The Professor's workstation and peripherals must arrive fully configured and tested prior to handover.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Ho Chi Minh City within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance by the Professor and the Procurement Office.
- The Supplier warrants that all goods conform to the specifications described in this Purchase Order and to all applicable Vietnamese national standards. A minimum two-year warranty applies to all electronic equipment, and a five-year warranty applies to structural furniture items.
- Any modifications, substitutions, or changes to the scope of this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by both the University's Procurement Office and the Professor before implementation. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through negotiation in Ho Chi Minh City, and failing that, through the competent commercial court of Ho Chi Minh City.
- The Supplier acknowledges that the equipment under this Purchase Order is intended for the exclusive academic and research use of the Professor and the Applied Physics Department. Resale or transfer of any item without written consent is prohibited.
