3. All services rendered by the Project Manager shall be performed in accordance with Israeli labor law, including but not limited to the Minimum Wage Law, the Hours of Work and Rest Law, and applicable social security (Bituach Leumi) contributions.
4. The Project Manager shall maintain full-time availability at the Meridian Technologies office located in Tel Aviv, Israel, Monday through Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday 08:30 to 14:00, in compliance with the Israeli work week.
5. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Israel Tel Aviv within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by the Israeli Interest Law.
6. The Project Manager is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement covering all proprietary information, client data, and strategic plans of Meridian Technologies Ltd. This obligation survives the termination of this Purchase Order by a period of three (3) years.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Project Manager shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a transition period of two (2) weeks.
