2. The Project Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all Swiss labour laws, including the Federal Act on Foreign Nationals (FNA), and shall hold a valid work permit for Switzerland Zurich.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's account in Switzerland Zurich within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (CH-ZRH-2025-04871).
4. The Project Manager shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (nDSG) and the company's internal information security policies applicable to all operations in Switzerland Zurich.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall invoice for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. The supplier warrants that the Project Manager possesses all necessary certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) and that the individual is free from any conflicting contractual obligations.
8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Switzerland Zurich region, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order for the duration of the event.
9. This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of Project Manager services and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
