- This Purchase Order is valid for a service period of twelve (12) months commencing on 1 July 2025 and expiring on 30 June 2026, unless renewed in writing by both parties.
- The Psychiatrist shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EGP 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order, and shall provide a certificate of insurance upon request.
- All patient records, diagnostic data, and treatment documentation generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored in strict compliance with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the confidentiality protocols of the Egyptian Medical Syndicate. No data shall be transferred outside Egypt Cairo or the Republic of Egypt without explicit written consent from the patient and the purchasing entity.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Psychiatrist within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
- The Psychiatrist is obligated to maintain a minimum response time of four (4) hours for emergency psychiatric crisis interventions within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan area, including the Giza, Qalyubia, and Sharqia governorates.
- Any modification, cancellation, or amendment to this Purchase Order must be executed in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements shall hold no legal standing.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt Cairo.
- The Psychiatrist shall comply with all applicable regulations issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population, the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) for any psychotropic medication prescribed, and the Egyptian Medical Syndicate's code of professional conduct.
