- This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" (No. 45-V, 2015) and all applicable regulations governing the procurement of medical services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- The Psychiatrist named in this Purchase Order shall maintain a valid medical licence issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and shall comply with all professional standards set by the National Association of Psychiatrists of Kazakhstan.
- All services described in Section 3 shall be rendered at the service location in Almaty, Kazakhstan, or via the approved telemedicine platform as specified. The Psychiatrist shall not subcontract any portion of the contracted services without prior written consent from the Issuing Organization.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and a completed service report. Invoices must be submitted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT) and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-KZ-ALM-2025-0487).
- The Psychiatrist shall maintain full patient confidentiality in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" (No. 94-V, 2014) and the medical ethics code of Kazakhstan.
- Any modification, amendment, or cancellation of this Purchase Order must be executed in writing by both parties. Verbal agreements shall not constitute a valid amendment.
- In the event of a dispute arising from this Purchase Order, the parties shall first attempt resolution through mediation in Almaty, Kazakhstan. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the competent commercial court of Almaty City, Republic of Kazakhstan.
- This Purchase Order shall remain in full force and effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, unless terminated earlier by mutual written agreement or in accordance with the termination clause of the master service agreement.
- The Psychiatrist shall provide monthly progress reports to the Department of Mental Health Services detailing patient volumes, treatment outcomes, medication compliance rates, and any adverse events encountered during the service period in Kazakhstan Almaty.
- All intellectual property, clinical protocols, and patient records generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of the Issuing Organization. The Psychiatrist shall transfer all such materials upon termination of the contract.
