The selected Psychiatrist shall deliver all clinical services in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses outpatient psychiatric consultations, diagnostic assessments, pharmacological management, psychotherapy sessions, and multidisciplinary case management for both adult and adolescent patients.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Saudi Civil Transactions Law and applicable healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
2. The Psychiatrist named herein must maintain a valid, active medical license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) throughout the entire contract period. Any lapse in licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order.
3. All psychiatric services rendered under this Purchase Order must be conducted at the Al-Nur Mental Health & Wellness Center premises in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or at such other approved locations within the Riyadh metropolitan area as mutually agreed upon in writing.
4. The Psychiatrist shall maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Ministry of Health data privacy guidelines. All patient records shall be stored in the facility's electronic health record system.
5. Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission, provided that all service deliverables for the billing period have been verified and approved by the facility's Medical Director.
6. The Psychiatrist is required to submit a monthly service report detailing the number of patients seen, types of interventions performed, medication prescriptions issued, and any adverse events or clinical incidents.
7. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding patient care obligations must be transitioned to a successor Psychiatrist approved by the facility.
8. The Psychiatrist shall carry professional medical malpractice insurance with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000 per claim, as mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Health for all practicing specialists in Riyadh.
9. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with its rules and procedures.
10. This Purchase Order does not create an employment relationship. The Psychiatrist is engaged as an independent medical professional and contractor.
