- Service Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the clinic premises located in Spain Barcelona, specifically at Carrer de Gràcia 214, 08007 Barcelona. The Psychiatrist shall comply with all local, regional (Catalan), and national (Spanish) healthcare regulations applicable to psychiatric practice in Spain Barcelona.
- Professional Licensure: The Psychiatrist warrants that he holds a valid license to practice psychiatry in Spain, is registered with the Il·lustre Col·legi Oficial de Metges de Barcelona, and maintains current professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of €1,000,000 per claim, as required by Spanish medical law.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Psychiatrist shall adhere strictly to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights. All patient records and clinical data generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored in compliance with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidelines applicable in Spain Barcelona.

- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain Barcelona.
- Quality Assurance: The Psychiatrist shall participate in quarterly quality review meetings and shall maintain clinical documentation standards in line with the Catalan Health Service (Servei Català de la Salut) protocols for psychiatric care in Spain Barcelona.
