- Service Delivery: All Psychiatrist services shall be performed at the provider's clinic located in Turkey Ankara, Çankaya district, or at such other location within Turkey Ankara as mutually agreed upon in writing. The Psychiatrist shall maintain a valid medical license issued by the Turkish Ministry of Health throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Psychiatrist provider. The total amount under this Purchase Order is two hundred one thousand seven hundred twenty Turkish Lira (TRY 201,720.00), inclusive of 20% Value Added Tax (KDV) as mandated by Turkish tax law.
- Confidentiality: The Psychiatrist shall adhere strictly to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK – Law No. 6698) and all applicable medical confidentiality regulations. No patient records, diagnostic information, or treatment details shall be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the patient, except as required by Turkish law.
- Service Standards: The Psychiatrist shall provide services in accordance with the clinical guidelines published by the Turkish Psychiatric Association (Türk Psikiyatri Derneği) and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of TRY 5,000,000.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled session shall be subject to a 50% fee of the session price. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey Ankara.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid from the date of issue until 15 September 2025. Any services not rendered by the expiration date shall require a written amendment to this Purchase Order.
- Compliance: The Psychiatrist warrants that all services provided under this Purchase Order comply with the regulations of the Turkish Ministry of Health, the Ankara Provincial Directorate of Health, and all applicable professional standards in Turkey Ankara.
