- This Purchase Order constitutes a formal request for the provision of Psychiatrist clinical services as itemised above. Acceptance of this Purchase Order by the named provider confirms agreement to all terms herein.
- All services shall be delivered within the United Kingdom Manchester metropolitan area or via the approved NHS telehealth platform. The Psychiatrist must hold a current General Medical Council (GMC) licence to practise and be registered with the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-MAN-04872). Invoices must be submitted to the procurement department at Greater Manchester Health & Wellbeing Trust, United Kingdom Manchester.
- The Psychiatrist provider shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Patient records must be stored in accordance with NHS Information Governance standards.
- Service delivery must adhere to the NHS Constitution and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulatory framework. Any breach of clinical standards may result in immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Trust.
- The Psychiatrist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 per claim throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Any amendments to scope, volume, or service location within United Kingdom Manchester must be agreed in writing via a formal variation to this Purchase Order and signed by both parties.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through the NHS Disputes Resolution Procedure or, failing that, by the courts of United Kingdom Manchester.
- The provider acknowledges that all patient data processed under this Purchase Order remains the property of the NHS and the Trust. No data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom without explicit written consent.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of issue. Unfulfilled line items after the expiry date shall be void unless a renewal is executed in writing.
