5.1 Professional Qualifications: The Psychologist warrants that they hold a valid clinical psychology licence issued by the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission and maintain current membership in good standing with the Chinese Psychological Society. The Psychologist shall provide proof of professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 2,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order.

5.2 Confidentiality and Data Protection: All client records, session notes, and psychological assessment data generated in the course of services under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential. The Psychologist shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Guangdong Provincial Regulations on the Management of Medical Records. 5.5 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

5.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, including the Civil Code of the PRC and all applicable regulations pertaining to psychological and mental health services in China Guangzhou.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications set forth in this Purchase Order.
