This Purchase Order is issued by Nile Valley Corporate Wellness Group to formally engage the services of a licensed Psychologist for the provision of comprehensive mental health and psychological support services to our employee base located in Egypt Cairo. The Psychologist shall deliver all services in accordance with the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population regulations governing the practice of psychology, and in full compliance with the professional ethical standards set forth by the Egyptian Psychologists Syndicate. The Psychologist is expected to maintain strict confidentiality of all client records and session notes in accordance with Egyptian data protection laws.

- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Psychologist. All payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Psychologist. The Purchase Order total is subject to the 14% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by Egyptian tax law.
- Service Location: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Nile Valley Corporate Wellness Group headquarters located in Egypt Cairo, or at such other location within Egypt Cairo as mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- Professional Licensure: The Psychologist warrants that they hold a valid and current license to practice psychology in Egypt, issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population. The Psychologist shall provide a copy of their license upon request and shall notify the issuing organization immediately of any suspension, revocation, or change in licensure status.
- Confidentiality: The Psychologist shall maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all client information, session notes, and assessment results. No individual employee data shall be disclosed to the organization without written consent from the employee, in compliance with Egyptian privacy regulations.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Psychologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Egypt Cairo, and failing mediation, through the competent courts of Egypt Cairo in accordance with Egyptian civil law.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Egypt Cairo.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms, conditions, and scope of services outlined in this Purchase Order. The Psychologist confirms their availability and willingness to deliver all specified services in Egypt Cairo during the contract period. The issuing organization confirms its commitment to timely payment and provision of a suitable working environment for the Psychologist.
