4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Hôpital Régional de Marseille and the named Psychologist for the provision of psychological and therapeutic services. All services shall be rendered in compliance with the French Code de la Santé Publique and the professional ethics code governing psychologists in France Marseille.
4.2 The Psychologist shall maintain valid professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) with a minimum coverage of €5,000,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Proof of insurance shall be provided prior to the commencement of services.
4.3 All patient records, clinical notes, and assessment documents generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored in accordance with French medical confidentiality laws (secret médical) and the data protection regulations enforced by the CNIL. The Psychologist shall not transfer any patient data outside the France Marseille jurisdiction without explicit written authorization from the hospital's data protection officer.
4.4 The Psychologist is required to submit monthly invoices referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-FRM-04872). Payment shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice via bank transfer to the account designated by the Psychologist.
4.5 In the event of non-performance, cancellation, or breach of professional standards, the Hôpital Régional de Marseille reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with 15 days' written notice. Any services already rendered and properly documented shall be compensated at the rates specified herein.
4.6 The Psychologist shall comply with all applicable health and safety regulations in France Marseille, including but not limited to the protocols established by the ARS Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (Agence Régionale de Santé).
All services under this Purchase Order shall be delivered primarily at the Hôpital Régional de Marseille, 128 Boulevard National, 13006 Marseille, France, or at the Psychologist's registered practice located at 45 Rue de la République, 13002 Marseille, France. The Psychologist shall ensure that all service locations within France Marseille are fully accessible, compliant with disability access regulations, and equipped with appropriate clinical facilities.
