The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall operate in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ghana Health Service and the Ghana Psychological Association.

The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide all services at the designated facility located in Ghana Accra, specifically at 14 Independence Avenue, Osu. The Psychologist is required to maintain a minimum of 15 years of post-graduate clinical experience in adult and adolescent mental health. All therapeutic interventions must adhere to the ethical guidelines established by the Ghana Psychological Association and the World Health Organization's mental health framework as adopted in Ghana.

The Psychologist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client records in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. All clinical documentation generated under this Purchase Order shall be stored in the Ghana Accra facility's secure records management system and shall not be removed from the premises without written authorization from the Director of Clinical Services.

The Psychologist is expected to be available on-site in Ghana Accra from Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, and on a rotating Saturday basis for group workshops. Emergency crisis intervention deployments may be scheduled outside these hours with a minimum of 24 hours' prior notice, except in cases of immediate psychological emergency.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Organization and the Psychologist service provider upon written acceptance and signature by both parties in Ghana Accra.
2. The Psychologist shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of GHS 500,000 throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
3. Payment shall be processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 3 within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number.
4. The Psychologist reserves the right to decline any client referral that falls outside their area of clinical competence, provided that a suitable alternative Psychologist is recommended within 48 hours.
5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all services rendered up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
6. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 698) of Ghana, before resorting to litigation in the courts of Ghana.
7. The Psychologist shall comply with all applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana, including but not limited to the Mental Health Act, 2020 (Act 1056) and the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
8. This Purchase Order is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue and may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both parties.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Psychologist services in Ghana Accra. This document shall be executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party, and shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
