1. Professional Qualification: The Psychologist shall maintain an active registration with the Order of Psychologists of Campania throughout the entire contract period. Any lapse in registration shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the Buyer.

Confidentiality and Data Protection: All psychological records, session notes, and personal data of employees shall be handled in strict compliance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Psychologist shall not disclose any client information to third parties without written consent, except where mandated by Italian law.
