All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the professional ethical standards established by the Kazakhstan Association of Clinical Psychologists.

• 4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Almaty Corporate Wellness Solutions LLP (hereinafter "the Client") and the named Psychologist (hereinafter "the Provider") for the delivery of psychological services in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• 4.2 The Psychologist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and Its Protection" and the professional code of ethics for psychologists practicing in Kazakhstan Almaty.
• 4.3 All services shall be performed at the location specified in Section 2 of this Purchase Order. The Psychologist may conduct sessions at the Client's premises in Almaty or at the Psychologist's registered office in Kazakhstan Almaty, subject to prior written confirmation.
• 4.4 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Invoices shall be submitted in KZT and must include the Psychologist's BIN, service description, and reference to this Purchase Order number (ACWS-2025-00472).
• 4.5 The Psychologist reserves the right to refer clients to other mental health specialists in Kazakhstan Almaty if the scope of the presenting issue exceeds the Psychologist's area of competence. Such referrals shall be communicated to the Client's HR department within 48 hours.
• 4.6 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the Client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
• 4.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Court of General Jurisdiction.
• 4.8 The Psychologist shall provide a written summary of services delivered each month, which shall be attached to the corresponding invoice for this Purchase Order.
