This Purchase Order authorizes the engagement of the above-named Psychologist to deliver the following professional services within the Doha, Qatar metropolitan area. 1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the Psychologist. The Psychologist shall confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of this document.
2. Service Delivery Location: All services referenced in this Purchase Order shall be performed within the Doha, Qatar jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. The Psychologist is responsible for ensuring that all sessions comply with local Qatar regulations governing the practice of psychology.
3. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-QD-2025-04872) and include the Psychologist's VAT registration details. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the IBAN specified in Section 2.
4. Confidentiality: The Psychologist shall maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Qatar Data Protection Law and the professional ethics code. All client records, assessment reports, and session notes shall be stored securely and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the purchasing entity.

8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government-mandated closures, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting Qatar Doha.
