1. Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by the Psychologist or the authorized representative of Cabinet Psychologique Teranga & Bien-Être. Acceptance must be communicated within ten (10) business days of the issue date.
2. Qualifications: The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid license issued by the Ordre des Psychologues du Sénégal, a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience, and demonstrated proficiency in both French and English to serve the diverse patient population of Senegal Dakar.

This document constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
