The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide on-site and remote counseling sessions, conduct psychological evaluations, deliver stress management workshops, and produce quarterly wellness reports. The Psychologist is expected to maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with Sri Lankan data protection regulations and the ethical code of conduct governing psychological practice in Sri Lanka Colombo.

- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue, covering the service period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026, during which the Psychologist shall provide all listed services in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Payment shall be made in quarterly installments within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Psychologist's invoice, via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. The Psychologist must provide a valid Sri Lanka Colombo bank account for all transactions.
- The Psychologist must maintain valid professional licensing with the Sri Lanka Psychologists Association throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the buyer.
- All psychological records, session notes, and assessment data generated by the Psychologist shall remain the confidential property of the purchasing organization and shall be stored in compliance with Sri Lankan data protection laws. No data shall be transferred outside Sri Lanka Colombo without written consent.
- The Psychologist is engaged as an independent professional contractor and not as an employee of the purchasing organization. The Psychologist shall be responsible for their own professional indemnity insurance, with a minimum coverage of LKR 10,000,000.
- Any changes to the scope of services, additional sessions, or modifications to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the Psychologist's services in Sri Lanka Colombo shall not be binding.
- The Psychologist shall provide a written notice of at least fourteen (14) days should they be unable to fulfill any scheduled session. Rescheduling shall be arranged at the earliest mutually convenient time within Sri Lanka Colombo.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka Colombo, in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Sri Lanka.
- The Psychologist shall comply with all ethical guidelines, including maintaining professional boundaries, avoiding conflicts of interest, and adhering to the code of conduct established for psychological practice in Sri Lanka Colombo.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Psychologist shall deliver all completed reports and records to the purchasing organization within seven (7) business days.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Psychologist in Sri Lanka Colombo. This document constitutes a binding agreement for the procurement of professional psychological services as described herein.
