All prices are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as per the tax regulations of Sudan Khartoum. No additional charges shall be incurred without prior written approval from the Purchasing Organization.
The Psychologist shall commence services within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The full term of engagement shall span six (6) months, with services to be rendered primarily at the El-Nil Mental Health Centre located in Sudan Khartoum, as well as at the Authority's headquarters in Omdurman District. The Psychologist is expected to maintain a minimum of twenty (20) working days per month of active service delivery within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area.
Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments. The Purchasing Organization shall remit payment within thirty (30) days of receipt of the monthly invoice and the corresponding progress report from the Psychologist. Payments shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the service provider. The bank account must be registered with a licensed financial institution operating in Sudan Khartoum. A 2% late payment penalty shall apply to any invoice not settled within the stipulated period.
- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Khartoum Regional Health & Wellness Authority and the named Psychologist for the provision of professional psychological services in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Psychologist shall maintain full professional confidentiality in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Sudanese Board of Psychology and all applicable data protection laws in the Republic of Sudan.
- The Psychologist shall hold a valid and current professional license issued by the Sudanese Board of Psychology, registered in Sudan Khartoum, for the entire duration of this Purchase Order.
- All services shall be delivered in accordance with internationally recognized clinical psychology standards and the specific regulatory framework governing mental health practice in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Purchasing Organization reserves the right to audit service delivery records, session logs, and progress reports at any reasonable time during the term of this Purchase Order.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment shall be made only for services actually rendered up to the date of termination.
- The Psychologist shall carry professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 500,000 SDG, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Sudan Khartoum before any formal legal proceedings are initiated. The governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
- The Psychologist shall not subcontract or delegate any portion of the services outlined in this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the Purchasing Organization.
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue and may be renewed by mutual written agreement of both parties.
