Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Anatolia Corporate Wellness Group A.S. for the engagement of Dr. Elif Kaya, a licensed Psychologist, to provide professional psychological services to the company's employees and management staff based in Turkey Istanbul.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be rendered in accordance with the ethical guidelines established by the Turkish Psychological Association (Türkiye Psikologlar Derneği) and the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey.
- The Psychologist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in compliance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and shall not disclose any session details to the employer beyond the scope of the monthly progress reports specified in Line Item 6.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Psychologist. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the vendor. All amounts are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of applicable service fees but exclusive of VAT, which is calculated at the standard rate of 20% as per Turkish tax law.
- The Psychologist is required to conduct all in-person sessions at the Kaya Psychological Counseling Center in Şişli, Istanbul, or at the Anatolia Corporate Wellness Group headquarters in Beşiktaş, Istanbul, as mutually agreed upon for each session. No services shall be conducted outside the boundaries of Turkey Istanbul without prior written approval from the Buyer.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of fourteen (14) days. In the event of early termination, the Buyer shall be liable only for services already rendered and documented up to the date of termination.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu, Law No. 6098).
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until the completion of all listed services or until 14 July 2025, whichever comes first.
