The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall fulfill the following obligations while operating within the jurisdiction of Tashkent, Uzbekistan:
- Maintain a valid license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of post-graduate clinical experience in psychology.
- Deliver all psychological services in accordance with the ethical standards set forth by the Uzbek Psychological Association and international best practices in clinical psychology.
- Operate primarily from the designated Tashkent Regional Mental Health Center located in Chilonzor District, Tashkent, with mobile service availability across all twelve administrative districts of the city.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all patient records in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection and maintain records for a minimum period of ten (10) years.
- Provide services in both Uzbek and Russian languages to accommodate the diverse population of Tashkent, with English-language sessions available upon prior request.
- Submit monthly activity reports to the Tashkent Regional Health Administration detailing sessions conducted, patient demographics (anonymized), and outcomes achieved.
- Participate in quarterly inter-disciplinary case conferences with psychiatrists, social workers, and general practitioners within the Tashkent healthcare network.

- All applicable taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate prescribed by the Tax Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, shall be calculated and remitted in accordance with local fiscal regulations.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Purchase Order shall require a written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
This Purchase Order shall remain in effect for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of mutual acceptance, commencing on 1 July 2025 and concluding on 30 June 2026, unless extended by mutual written agreement. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice in the event of material breach. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Tashkent City, Republic of Uzbekistan, and shall be governed exclusively by the civil and commercial laws of Uzbekistan.
