The Psychologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall provide the following professional services within the Zimbabwe Harare region:

• Individual and group psychotherapy sessions (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy).
• Psychological first aid and crisis intervention services for emergency response teams in Zimbabwe Harare.
• Workplace mental health consultations and employee assistance programme (EAP) facilitation.
• Development and delivery of mental health awareness workshops for schools and community centres in Harare.
• Supervision and mentorship of junior psychological associates and counsellors.
• Preparation of clinical reports, progress documentation, and quarterly outcome summaries.

1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, including the Zimbabwe National Health Act and the Psychologists Act (Chapter 14:13).
2. Professional Licensure: The Psychologist and all associated clinical staff must hold valid registration with the Zimbabwe Health Professions Council (ZIMPHC) and maintain current professional indemnity insurance throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
3. Confidentiality: All client records, psychological assessments, and therapeutic notes generated under this Purchase Order shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Zimbabwean data protection regulations and the ethical code of the Zimbabwe Association of Psychologists.
4. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
5. Performance Standards: The Psychologist shall maintain a minimum client satisfaction rating of 85% as measured by quarterly feedback surveys conducted by the Buyer.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be liable for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
7. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be addressed through mediation in Zimbabwe Harare. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Zimbabwe.
8. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting Zimbabwe Harare.
