Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Algeria Algiers Medical Procurement Authority and constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of Radiologist diagnostic imaging services as specified herein.
- The Radiologist, Dr. Karim Benali, shall perform all diagnostic imaging interpretations in strict compliance with the Algerian Ministry of Health regulations, the Algerian Medical Council standards, and international radiology practice guidelines applicable in Algeria Algiers.
- All services described in this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the designated medical facility located in the Hydra district of Algeria Algiers, or at such other location within the Algiers wilaya as mutually agreed in writing by both parties.
- The Radiologist shall maintain valid professional licensure, malpractice insurance coverage of no less than 5,000,000 DZD, and all necessary certifications throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, in accordance with Algerian commercial law and the public procurement code of Algeria.
- Any modification, cancellation, or extension of this Purchase Order must be documented in a written amendment signed by both the Algeria Algiers Medical Procurement Authority and the Radiologist.
- The Radiologist shall ensure patient confidentiality in full compliance with Algerian data protection legislation and shall not disclose any patient imaging data or clinical information to third parties without explicit written consent.
- Delivery of all written reports and digital imaging files shall be completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the procedure, except in cases of complex multi-modality studies where a maximum of five (5) business days is permitted.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Algeria Algiers.
- The Radiologist shall provide a monthly summary report detailing all imaging studies performed, findings, and any critical results communicated to the referring physicians at the Algeria Algiers facility.
