This Purchase Order is issued by Addis Ababa University Medical Center to formally engage the services of a qualified Radiologist for the provision of diagnostic imaging, interpretation, and related radiological services within the Ethiopia Addis Ababa metropolitan health network. The Radiologist shall be responsible for operating and supervising all imaging modalities including but not limited to X-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and fluoroscopy at the designated facility located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

1. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, specifically the Ethiopian Civil Code and the Ministry of Health regulations pertaining to medical professional engagement in Addis Ababa.
2. The Radiologist shall hold a valid and current professional license issued by the Ethiopian Medical Association and shall maintain all required certifications throughout the duration of this engagement in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
3. The Radiologist shall comply with all radiation safety protocols as mandated by the Ethiopian Environmental, Forest and Change Commission and the National Radiological Protection Board of Ethiopia.
4. Payment shall be made in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist, within thirty (30) calendar days of the submission of a valid invoice and completion of the corresponding service period.
5. This Purchase Order may be terminated by either party with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all services rendered up to the effective date of termination shall be compensated in full.
6. The Radiologist shall maintain professional medical malpractice insurance with a minimum coverage of ETB 5,000,000 for the duration of the contract, valid within the jurisdiction of Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
7. All patient records, imaging data, and diagnostic reports generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of Addis Ababa University Medical Center and shall be handled in strict accordance with Ethiopian data protection and patient confidentiality laws.
8. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
9. The Radiologist agrees to a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination of this engagement, within a fifteen-kilometer radius of the facility in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

All services described in this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Addis Ababa University Medical Center Radiology Department, located at Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Radiologist shall report to the facility no later than 07:45 on all scheduled working days. Remote consultation services, if required, shall be conducted via the institution's secure telemedicine platform.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Radiologist in Ethiopia Addis Ababa. This document constitutes a binding agreement effective from the date of the last signature.
