3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Radiologist supplier for the duration specified herein. All services shall be rendered within the administrative boundaries of France Marseille unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Chief of Medical Procurement.

3.2 The Radiologist shall maintain valid professional registration with the Ordre des Médecins de France, current malpractice insurance coverage of no less than €5,000,000 per claim, and all necessary certifications for the operation of diagnostic imaging equipment as mandated by French regulatory authorities.

3.3 All radiological reports generated under this Purchase Order shall be produced in French in compliance with the French language requirements for medical documentation, with optional English summaries for international patient referrals processed through the France Marseille medical network.
