The Radiologist shall provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretation services, including but not limited to: computed tomography (CT) reading, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) interpretation, digital radiography assessment, ultrasound diagnostics, and interventional radiology procedures. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the professional standards established by the German Medical Association (Bundesärztekammer) and the specific radiology guidelines issued by the German Society of Radiology (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Radiologie, DGR).

- Professional Qualification: The Radiologist shall maintain an active medical license (Approbation) issued by the competent authority in the State of Hesse, Germany, and shall hold membership in the German Society of Radiology (DGR) and the European Society of Radiology (ESR) throughout the duration of this Purchase Order.
- Compliance with German Medical Law: All services rendered by the Radiologist shall comply with the German Medical Profession Act (Berufsordnung für Ärzte), the Patient Rights Act (Patientenrechtegesetz), and all applicable data protection regulations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
- Place of Performance: All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the premises of Klinikum Frankfurt-Höchst, located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, unless otherwise agreed in writing for tele-radiology consultations.
