This Purchase Order is issued by Al-Rafidain Medical Group to formally engage the services of a qualified Radiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic and interventional radiology services at the Al-Rafidain Imaging Center, located in the Al-Mansour District of Iraq Baghdad. The engagement of this Radiologist is critical to maintaining the diagnostic imaging capacity of our facility and ensuring that patients across Iraq Baghdad receive timely, accurate, and high-standard radiological assessments in accordance with the regulatory standards set forth by the Iraqi Ministry of Health and the Iraqi Medical Specialization Board.
The Radiologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the interpretation of all imaging modalities available at the facility, including but not limited to conventional X-ray, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and interventional radiological procedures. The Radiologist shall also supervise junior radiology staff, participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, and provide consultative radiological opinions to referring physicians throughout the Iraq Baghdad metropolitan area.

Contract Duration: Twelve (12) Months — Total Contract Value: 192,000,000 IQD
- Regulatory Compliance: The Radiologist shall maintain a valid medical license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Iraq and a current specialization certificate in Radiology and Radiological Sciences from the Iraqi Medical Specialization Board throughout the entire duration of this Purchase Order. Any lapse in licensure shall constitute grounds for immediate termination.
- Place of Service: All services under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Al-Rafidain Imaging Center, Al-Mansour District, Iraq Baghdad, unless otherwise agreed in writing for off-site consultative visits within the Iraq Baghdad metropolitan area.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made monthly in Iraqi Dinars (IQD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist, within thirty (30) calendar days of the end of each service month. All payments are subject to applicable Iraqi tax withholdings as mandated by the General Commission of Zakat and Taxes, Republic of Iraq.
- Confidentiality and Patient Data: The Radiologist shall adhere strictly to the Iraqi Medical Confidentiality Act and all data protection regulations applicable in Iraq Baghdad. Patient imaging data and radiological reports shall not be disclosed to any third party without written consent from the patient or a valid court order.
- Professional Liability Insurance: The Radiologist shall maintain a minimum professional indemnity insurance coverage of 50,000,000 IQD, issued by a licensed insurance company operating in the Republic of Iraq, for the full term of this Purchase Order.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of gross professional negligence, loss of medical license, or criminal conviction, the Purchasing Entity may terminate this Purchase Order immediately without notice.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved through the competent courts of Baghdad, Iraq Baghdad, or by arbitration under the Iraqi Arbitration Law No. 10 of 1970.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Iraq Baghdad.
- Continuing Medical Education: The Radiologist shall complete a minimum of twenty (20) hours of accredited continuing medical education (CME) in radiology annually and provide proof of completion to the Purchasing Entity upon request.
- Quality Assurance: The Radiologist shall participate in the facility's internal quality assurance program, including periodic peer review of radiological reports and adherence to the diagnostic accuracy benchmarks established by the Iraqi Ministry of Health for imaging facilities in Iraq Baghdad.
The Radiologist shall commence services no later than 1 July 2025 at the Al-Rafidain Imaging Center, Al-Mansour District, Iraq Baghdad. The Radiologist shall report to the Director of Radiology on the first day of service for orientation, access to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and review of facility protocols. All deliverables, including radiological reports, shall be submitted electronically through the facility's integrated health information system.
This Purchase Order for the engagement of the Radiologist is authorized and executed by the undersigned representatives of both parties, acknowledging all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth herein for the provision of radiological services in Iraq Baghdad.
