1. 4. Compliance and Licensing: The Radiologist warrants that all medical licenses, board certifications, and professional registrations required to practice radiology in Japan Tokyo are current and in good standing. The Radiologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 100,000,000 JPY for the duration of this Purchase Order.

7. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
