Note: This Purchase Order is issued in accordance with the procurement policies of Islamabad Medical Diagnostics Center (Pvt) Ltd. and complies with all applicable regulations of the Pakistan Medical Commission, the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Health Department, and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Islamabad. The Radiologist named herein must maintain a valid PMDC registration throughout the contract period.

Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Islamabad Medical Diagnostics Center (Pvt) Ltd. and the named Radiologist for the provision of radiological diagnostic services at the Islamabad facility located in Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Radiologist shall report for duty at the Islamabad Medical Diagnostics Center premises on all scheduled working days, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00 hours, in accordance with the standard working hours prescribed for healthcare professionals in the Islamabad Capital Territory.
All diagnostic reports, imaging interpretations, and patient records generated by the Radiologist shall be maintained in the center's PACS system and shall comply with the data protection standards set forth by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and the Islamabad Capital Territory Information Technology Policy.
Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as per the Negotiable Instruments Ordinance applicable in Pakistan.
The Radiologist is required to maintain a valid Professional Indemnity Insurance policy with a minimum coverage of PKR 10,000,000, as mandated by the Pakistan Medical Commission for all registered practitioners operating in Islamabad and the broader Islamabad Capital Territory.
Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall be settled in full.
All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Islamabad, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
The Radiologist shall adhere to all radiation safety protocols as prescribed by the Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority (PNRA) and shall complete annual radiation safety training as required for all imaging professionals in Islamabad.
This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not resolved through arbitration.
