This Purchase Order is issued to formally engage a qualified Radiologist to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging interpretation services at the Singapore Singapore Medical Group facility. The Radiologist shall be responsible for the interpretation of all radiological examinations including but not limited to X-rays, computed tomography (CT) scans, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound studies, and nuclear medicine scans performed at the Singapore Singapore premises.

The engaged Radiologist shall perform the following duties within the Singapore Singapore facility and in accordance with the standards set by the Singapore Medical Council and the Singapore Radiology Society:

• Provide timely and accurate diagnostic interpretations of all radiological imaging studies conducted at the Singapore Singapore Medical Group facility, with a target turnaround time of no more than 4 hours for routine studies and 30 minutes for emergency/urgent cases.
• Maintain full compliance with all Singapore Singapore healthcare regulations, radiation safety guidelines, and data protection requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide radiological input for surgical planning, oncology management, and critical care decisions within the Singapore Singapore medical ecosystem.
• Ensure all radiological reports are documented in the hospital's Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Adhere to the Singapore Singapore Medical Group's clinical governance framework, including incident reporting, peer review processes, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Hold valid and current registration with the Singapore Medical Council and maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance coverage of no less than SGD 2,000,000 per claim.

• Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to accept within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
• Payment: Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Radiologist within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice. All payments are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
• Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice. In the event of material breach, termination may be effected with 14 days' written notice specifying the nature of the breach.
• Confidentiality: The Radiologist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all patient data and proprietary information encountered during the course of service delivery at Singapore Singapore. This obligation survives termination of this Purchase Order for a period of 5 years.
• Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore Singapore.
• Insurance: The Radiologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and provide certificates of insurance upon request.
• Compliance: The Radiologist warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the Medical Act (Cap. 164) of Singapore Singapore and all applicable regulations of the Singapore Medical Council.
