4.2 Payment Terms: Payment for services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be made on a monthly basis via direct bank transfer (SEPA) within 30 days of receipt of the corresponding invoice. The Radiologist shall submit itemized invoices by the 5th business day of each month, referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-VAL-2025-00472).
