The Radiologist shall operate in accordance with the standards set by the Royal College of Radiologists and the General Medical Council (GMC) of the United Kingdom.

1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
2. The Radiologist shall maintain valid professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of £5,000,000 per claim throughout the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
3. All diagnostic reports produced by the Radiologist shall be delivered in both electronic (PDF) and, where requested, hard-copy format. Reports must comply with the NHS Radiology Reporting Standards and the RCR guidelines applicable in the United Kingdom.
4. The Radiologist shall adhere to all data protection obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Patient imaging data shall be stored and processed exclusively within the United Kingdom London data infrastructure.
5. Payment shall be made by BACS transfer to the account nominated by the Radiologist within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-LDN-04782).
6. The Radiologist shall be available for urgent consultations within the United Kingdom London area on a 24/7 basis during the contract period, with a maximum response time of four (4) hours for emergency referrals.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Radiologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
8. All services under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the practice premises located at 45 Harley Street, London W1G 9QH, United Kingdom, or at such other location within the United Kingdom London area as mutually agreed in writing.
9. The Radiologist warrants that all reports and opinions provided shall be based on current clinical evidence and shall be subject to peer review as outlined in Line Item 07 of this Purchase Order.
10. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The Radiologist is engaged as an independent contractor and is responsible for all applicable self-employment tax obligations in the United Kingdom.
