1. This Purchase Order is governed by the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
2. The Radiologist engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and must maintain all required certifications in diagnostic radiology throughout the contract period in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
3. The Radiologist shall comply with all data protection regulations applicable in Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Personal Data Protection. All patient imaging data processed in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, must be stored securely and shall not be transferred outside the jurisdiction without explicit written consent.
4. The Radiologist is expected to produce a minimum of 150 completed diagnostic imaging reports per month during standard working hours at the Tashkent Medical Diagnostics Center facility.
5. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. Payments shall be processed in Uzbekistan Som (UZS) at the prevailing National Bank of Uzbekistan exchange rate, or in US Dollars as mutually agreed in writing.
6. The Radiologist shall maintain professional medical malpractice insurance with a minimum coverage of $500,000 USD, valid throughout the service period in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
7. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, all completed services up to the termination date shall be invoiced and paid in full.
8. The Radiologist shall adhere to the dress code, confidentiality protocols, and operational procedures established by Tashkent Medical Diagnostics Center. All work shall be performed at the designated facility in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Chief Procurement Officer.
9. This Purchase Order does not constitute an employment relationship. The Radiologist is engaged as an independent professional service provider under the terms set forth herein.

All service delivery, reporting, and compliance obligations are tied to the Tashkent, Uzbekistan jurisdiction.
