- Scope and Performance: The Robotics Engineer shall perform all duties in accordance with the technical specifications attached as Appendix A to this Purchase Order. All deliverables must meet the quality benchmarks established by the Central Technical Development Authority for projects executed in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Compliance and Legal: The service provider shall ensure that the Robotics Engineer holds all necessary work permits, visas, and professional certifications required to operate legally in Afghanistan Kabul. The provider assumes full responsibility for compliance with Afghan labor law, immigration regulations, and local tax obligations.
- Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be processed within 45 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, code, schematics, and documentation created by the Robotics Engineer specifically for the Afghanistan Kabul project shall become the exclusive property of the Central Technical Development Authority upon full payment.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days written notice. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer shall complete all in-progress deliverables and hand over all project documentation related to the Afghanistan Kabul site.
