All services shall be rendered in person at the designated worksite in Chile Santiago, specifically at the Andes Advanced Automation plant located in the Las Condes commune.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties and deliverables while stationed in Chile Santiago:

• Design and program industrial robotic cells (KUKA, FANUC, ABB, and UR series) for automated assembly, welding, painting, and material handling applications at the Chile Santiago manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement PLC/SCADA integration systems to coordinate robotic workstations with existing production infrastructure.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and safety compliance audits in accordance with Chilean labor regulations (Ley 16.744) and OSHA-equivalent standards applicable in Chile Santiago.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, wiring schematics, program source code, and operational manuals for all robotic systems deployed.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for all robotic equipment, ensuring a minimum uptime of 95% across all production lines.
• Collaborate with the internal engineering team in Chile Santiago to optimize cycle times, reduce energy consumption, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

The Robotics Engineer procured under this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in industrial robotics, with at least two (2) years in a senior or lead engineering capacity.
