- Commencement: The Robotics Engineer shall report to the Colombia Bogotá facility no later than July 1, 2025. All onboarding, site access credentials, and safety inductions specific to the Colombia Bogotá industrial zone shall be completed within the first five (5) business days.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice receipt. Invoices must be issued in Colombian Pesos (COP) and must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-04871). Bank transfers shall be directed to the account specified by RoboTech Solutions International S.A.S.
- Performance Standards: The Robotics Engineer must demonstrate proficiency in at least two major robotic platforms (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, or Yaskawa), possess a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in industrial robotics, and hold a valid professional registration (Cédula Profesional) recognized by the Colombian Ministry of Labor.
- Compliance: All work performed by the Robotics Engineer in Colombia Bogotá shall comply with applicable Colombian labor laws (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo), occupational health and safety regulations (Resolución 0312 de 2019), and data protection norms (Ley 1581 de 2012).
- Intellectual Property: All designs, programs, configurations, and documentation developed by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Industrial Automation S.A.S.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer shall complete all in-progress tasks and deliver a comprehensive handover report to the Colombia Bogotá project manager.
- Warranty: RoboTech Solutions International S.A.S. guarantees a twelve (12) month warranty on all robotic system integrations and programming delivered by the Robotics Engineer at the Colombia Bogotá site.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Bogotá D.C.

6. Additional RemarksThe Robotics Engineer assigned under this Purchase Order will operate exclusively within the Colombia Bogotá metropolitan area and its designated industrial corridors. Travel to secondary sites within the Bogotá D.C. jurisdiction is included in the scope. Any travel outside the Colombia Bogotá region requires prior written authorization and will be billed separately at cost. The Robotics Engineer is expected to maintain a minimum of 95% availability during contracted hours and to participate in weekly project review meetings held at the Colombia Bogotá headquarters.
