This Purchase Order is issued by Andes Advanced Automation S.A.S. to formally request and authorize the procurement of specialized professional services for the position of Robotics Engineer. The selected Robotics Engineer shall be deployed and perform all assigned duties at our primary operational facility located in Colombia Medellín, specifically at the Calle 43 # 45-21, El Poblado industrial and research campus. The engagement is structured as a twelve (12) month professional services contract, renewable upon mutual written agreement of both parties.
The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, programming, testing, and maintenance of industrial robotic systems, automated assembly lines, and collaborative robot (cobot) workstations. The role requires a minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in robotics engineering, with demonstrated proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System), PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley), kinematics, control theory, and mechatronic system integration. The Robotics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, and a Master's degree is strongly preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and working proficiency in Spanish is required given the operational context in Colombia Medellín.

5.1 Payment Schedule: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by RoboTalent Global Solutions Ltda. The first payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. All amounts are denominated in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are subject to applicable VAT (IVA) of 19% as per Colombian tax regulations in force in Colombia Medellín.
5.2 Work Location: The Robotics Engineer shall perform all duties on-site at the Andes Advanced Automation facility in Colombia Medellín, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Remote work is not permitted for this engagement due to the hands-on nature of robotic system integration and testing.
5.3 Intellectual Property: All designs, code, documentation, and technical deliverables produced by the Robotics Engineer in the course of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Andes Advanced Automation S.A.S. The Robotics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Colombia Medellín.
5.4 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination for convenience, the supplier shall be compensated for all work completed up to the termination date. In the event of termination for cause, no further payment shall be due beyond the date of the breach.
5.5 Compliance: The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Colombian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations (Resolución 0312 of 2019), and local ordinances governing industrial operations in Colombia Medellín. The supplier is responsible for all social security contributions (pensión, salud, ARL) as required by Colombian law.
5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colombia Medellín, in accordance with the rules of the Cámara de Comercio de Medellín, under Colombian commercial law.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Robotics Engineer at the Colombia Medellín facility. This document constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the parties upon execution.
