This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of specialized Robotics Engineer professional services to be executed primarily at our operational headquarters and manufacturing campus located in Egypt Cairo. The Robotics Engineer(s) engaged under this Purchase Order shall report to the Egypt Cairo site manager on a daily basis during the active implementation phase (August 2025 through January 2026). All deliverables, including but not limited to robotic cell layouts, control software, safety assessments, and commissioning reports, must be physically delivered to the Egypt Cairo facility at 127 El Tahrir Street, Downtown, Egypt Cairo, 11511, and electronically archived on the company's Egypt Cairo intranet server.
The Robotics Engineer is expected to comply with all applicable Egyptian labor regulations, occupational health and safety codes enforced by the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower, and the specific industrial automation standards mandated for facilities operating within the Egypt Cairo metropolitan zone. Any travel or relocation costs incurred by the Robotics Engineer to reach the Egypt Cairo work site shall be borne by the vendor as included in the unit rates specified above.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the execution of this Purchase Order related to the Robotics Engineer engagement in Egypt Cairo shall be resolved through arbitration at the Egyptian Arbitration Center in Cairo.
- The Robotics Engineer must maintain valid professional licensure as recognized by the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate and present proof of registration prior to commencing work at the Egypt Cairo facility.
- Payment shall be released in three milestones: 40% upon contract signing, 40% upon successful on-site commissioning of the robotic systems in Egypt Cairo, and 20% upon final acceptance and IP transfer documentation review.
- The vendor shall provide a minimum of 12 months post-commissioning technical support for the Robotics Engineer-designed systems, with a 24-hour response time for critical failures at the Egypt Cairo plant.
