This Purchase Order is issued by TechnoRobotik Solutions GmbH to formally request and authorize the engagement of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be deployed at our primary facility located in Germany Berlin. The selected Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, integration, and commissioning of autonomous robotic systems for our advanced manufacturing and logistics operations. The scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of robotic automation projects, including requirements analysis, mechanical and electrical design, control system programming (PLC, ROS 2, Python, C++), sensor fusion architecture, end-to-end testing, and ongoing technical support.
The Robotics Engineer must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field, with a specialization in robotics or mechatronics. A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in industrial robotics, collaborative robot (cobot) deployment, and autonomous mobile robot (AMR) systems is required. Fluency in German and English is mandatory, as all technical documentation, client interactions, and regulatory compliance reporting within Germany Berlin must be conducted in both languages.

- Acceptance: This Purchase Order shall become binding upon written acceptance by Apex Robotics Consulting & Staffing GmbH within ten (10) business days of the date of issue. Failure to respond within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Commencement: The Robotics Engineer shall commence duties at the Germany Berlin facility no later than 01 September 2025. The vendor is responsible for ensuring all employment contracts, social security registrations, and work permits are finalized prior to the start date in accordance with German labor law (SGB III, SGB V).
- Performance Standards: The Robotics Engineer shall adhere to all project milestones outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW-ROB-2025-BER-011). Deliverables include, but are not limited to, system architecture documents, control code repositories, test protocols, and commissioning reports.
- Confidentiality and IP: All intellectual property, trade secrets, and proprietary data generated by the Robotics Engineer during the course of this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of TechnoRobotik Solutions GmbH. The vendor and the Robotics Engineer shall sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any project materials.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of EUR 14,875.00 (inclusive of 19% VAT) via SEPA bank transfer, due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice receipt. The initial recruitment fee (Item 01) is due upon successful placement and first-day attendance of the Robotics Engineer.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Robotics Engineer shall complete all in-progress tasks and hand over documentation within the notice period.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all related services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
- Compliance: The vendor warrants that the Robotics Engineer shall comply with all applicable German occupational health and safety regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV regulations), data protection laws (GDPR), and industry-specific standards relevant to robotic systems operating in Germany Berlin.
