This Purchase Order is issued by Frankfurt Industrial Automation GmbH for the professional recruitment, placement, and ongoing contractual management of a Robotics Engineer to be assigned to our primary manufacturing and R&D facility located in Germany Frankfurt. The Robotics Engineer will report directly to the Head of Automation Engineering and will work exclusively on-site at the Germany Frankfurt premises during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 CET), with occasional overtime as required by project milestones.

  1. Governing Law: This Purchase Order and all associated services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order regarding the Robotics Engineer engagement in Germany Frankfurt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse.
  2. Service Delivery: The vendor shall ensure that the Robotics Engineer meets all specified qualifications, including but not limited to a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotics; proficiency in KUKA, FANUC, ABB, and Universal Robots platforms; advanced knowledge of ROS2, C++, Python, and PLC ladder logic (Siemens S7-1500, Allen-Bradley); and a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in industrial automation environments.
  3. Work Location and Compliance: The Robotics Engineer shall perform all duties at the Frankfurt Industrial Automation GmbH facility in Germany Frankfurt. The vendor is responsible for ensuring full compliance with German employment law (Arbeitsrecht), including but not limited to the Arbeitszeitgesetz (Working Hours Act), the Betriebsverfassungsgesetz (Works Constitution Act), and all applicable Hessian state regulations. The Robotics Engineer shall be registered with the relevant German social security institutions (Deutsche Rentenversicherung, Krankenkasse, Arbeitslosenversicherung, Pflegeversicherung) and the Berufsgenossenschaft für Feinmechanik und Elektrotechnik (BGFE).
  4. Payment Schedule: Invoices shall be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the vendor's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate under § 288 BGB.
  5. Confidentiality and IP: The Robotics Engineer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment clause specific to Frankfurt Industrial Automation GmbH. All designs, code, configurations, and process improvements developed by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Frankfurt Industrial Automation GmbH.
  6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the vendor shall be entitled to a pro-rata payment for services rendered up to the termination date, plus a non-refundable recruitment fee of 50% of the original placement charge.
  7. Substitution: Should the assigned Robotics Engineer become unavailable for a period exceeding fifteen (15) consecutive business days due to illness, leave, or resignation, the vendor shall provide a qualified replacement Robotics Engineer within thirty (30) days at no additional cost to Frankfurt Industrial Automation GmbH.
  8. Health, Safety, and Environment: The Robotics Engineer shall comply with all health and safety protocols at the Germany Frankfurt site, including mandatory safety training for industrial robot operation (DIN EN ISO 10218-1 and -2, DIN EN ISO/TS 15066 for collaborative robots) and the use of personal protective equipment (PSA) as required by the Betriebssicherheitsverordnung (BetrSichV).
  9. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Germany Frankfurt.
