The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties at the Germany Munich facility:

  • Design and prototype development of multi-axis robotic arms for automotive assembly line applications.
  • Programming and commissioning of PLC-controlled robotic cells using Siemens TIA Portal and KUKA KRL.
  • Integration of machine vision systems and end-of-arm tooling for quality inspection workflows.
  • Conducting FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) on all robotic subsystems prior to production deployment.
  • Maintaining full technical documentation in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10218-1 and ISO 10218-2 standards.
  • Collaborating with the electrical engineering team on power distribution, safety interlocks, and emergency stop circuits.
  • Providing monthly progress reports to the Project Steering Committee based in Munich.
  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany.
  2. The Robotics Engineer shall be bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment clause as specified in Annex A of this Purchase Order. All designs, code, and documentation produced during the engagement shall remain the sole property of TechnoDynamics GmbH.
  3. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by RoboTalent Solutions AG. Invoices must reference Purchase Order number PO-2025-04871.
  4. The Robotics Engineer must comply with all applicable German occupational health and safety regulations (Arbeitsschutzgesetz) and the specific requirements of the German Social Accident Insurance (Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung – DGUV).
  5. Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused service fees shall be issued within 14 business days.
  6. The Robotics Engineer shall work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday) at the TechnoDynamics GmbH facility in Germany Munich, with flexibility for project-critical overtime as agreed in writing.
  7. All personal data processed under this Purchase Order shall comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
  8. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in the Munich region, shall suspend obligations under this Purchase Order without penalty to either party.
Note: This Purchase Order is contingent upon successful completion of the background check, technical assessment, and reference verification for the proposed Robotics Engineer candidate. The final start date of 01 September 2025 is subject to confirmation by the HR department of TechnoDynamics GmbH in Germany Munich.
