The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall be responsible for the full lifecycle management of robotic automation solutions, including but not limited to: mechanical design of robotic arms and end-effectors, programming and commissioning of PLC-controlled robotic cells, integration of vision systems and sensor arrays, predictive maintenance scheduling, and the development of custom firmware for proprietary robotic platforms. All work shall be performed on-site at the buyer's facility in Indonesia Jakarta, with occasional remote support permitted as mutually agreed upon in writing.

The Robotics Engineer assigned to fulfill this Purchase Order must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field from an accredited institution in Indonesia or internationally recognized.
• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive professional experience in industrial robotics, with at least two (2) years in a senior or lead Robotics Engineer capacity.
• Demonstrated proficiency in programming and commissioning of robotic platforms including but not limited to FANUC, ABB, KUKA, and Yaskawa systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix), industrial networking (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP), and machine vision integration.
• Valid work permit (KITAS) or appropriate legal authorization to perform professional services in Indonesia Jakarta, or eligibility for the buyer to sponsor such documentation.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia for on-site communication, with professional working proficiency in English for technical documentation and reporting.
• Availability to commence work at the buyer's facility in Indonesia Jakarta no later than the required start date specified in this Purchase Order.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between PT Nusantara Advanced Automation Systems and PT Cipta Robotika Indonesia upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services described herein shall be rendered in accordance with the terms set forth in this document.
2. The Robotics Engineer shall report directly to the Head of Engineering at the buyer's Indonesia Jakarta facility and shall adhere to all company safety protocols, operational procedures, and confidentiality agreements in effect at the time of engagement.
3. All intellectual property, designs, code, documentation, and technical knowledge developed by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the sole property of PT Nusantara Advanced Automation Systems.
4. The supplier shall ensure that the Robotics Engineer is fully insured, including occupational health and safety coverage, for the duration of the engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
5. Any changes to the scope of services, deliverables, or timeline under this Purchase Order must be documented in a formal change order signed by both parties prior to implementation.
6. Payment shall be processed in accordance with the terms specified above. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day for services rendered in the preceding calendar month.
7. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
8. The term of this Purchase Order shall be twelve (12) months from the required start date, with the option for renewal by mutual written agreement of both parties no later than thirty (30) days prior to expiration.
