This Purchase Order is issued by the Jerusalem Advanced Technologies Institute to formally procure the professional services of a Robotics Engineer to be deployed and operational within the Israel Jerusalem metropolitan area. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of autonomous robotic systems for the Institute's ongoing research programs in agricultural automation, medical device prototyping, and industrial inspection robotics.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of documented professional experience in mechatronic systems, embedded control programming, sensor fusion architecture, and robotic kinematics. The candidate must hold a Master's degree or higher in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution. Proficiency in ROS (Robot Operating System), MATLAB/Simulink, C++, Python, and CAD software packages is mandatory.

The Robotics Engineer, as specified in this Purchase Order, shall perform the following duties within the Israel Jerusalem operational zone:

The total contractual value of this Purchase Order for the Robotics Engineer engagement is ILS 1,860,000 (One Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Israeli New Shekels), inclusive of all applicable taxes, materials, and overhead costs. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by RoboCore Engineering Solutions Ltd. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Israeli commercial law. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Israel Jerusalem.

The Robotics Engineer engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable Israeli labor regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and data protection laws, including the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981. The service provider shall ensure that the Robotics Engineer maintains all necessary professional certifications and insurance coverage throughout the engagement period in Israel Jerusalem.
