This Purchase Order authorizes the procurement of a qualified Robotics Engineer to be stationed at the Atlas Advanced Automation S.A. facility in Morocco Casablanca. The Robotics Engineer shall be responsible for the following deliverables throughout the contract period:
- Design and commissioning of a 6-axis industrial robotic arm for the automotive parts assembly line located in the Casablanca industrial zone.
- Development of a collaborative robot (cobot) workstation for quality inspection, integrating machine-vision systems and adaptive gripping mechanisms.
- Implementation of a ROS 2-based fleet management system coordinating up to 12 autonomous mobile robots within the Morocco Casablanca warehouse and distribution center.
- Creation of comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, control logic schematics, and operator training manuals in both French and Arabic.
- Quarterly progress reports submitted to the CTO and the Procurement Department, detailing milestones achieved, risks identified, and resource utilization.
- Mentorship of two junior engineers based in the Casablanca office to build internal robotics capability within the organization.
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. Invoices shall be submitted monthly by the 5th business day. All payments shall be made in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the vendor's account in Casablanca.
- Commencement: The Robotics Engineer shall report to the Morocco Casablanca facility no later than 01 September 2025. A 30-day probationary period applies, during which either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 14 days' written notice.
- Intellectual Property: All designs, code, prototypes, and documentation produced by the Robotics Engineer during the term of this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive property of Atlas Advanced Automation S.A.
- Confidentiality: The Robotics Engineer shall adhere to a strict non-disclosure agreement covering all proprietary processes, client data, and trade secrets encountered at the Morocco Casablanca site.
- Compliance: All work shall comply with Moroccan labor law (Code du Travail), applicable industrial safety regulations, and the standards set forth by the Moroccan Agency for Standardization (NORMA). The Robotics Engineer must hold a valid work permit for Morocco.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with 60 days' written notice after the probationary period. Early termination by the issuing organization shall result in payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Casablanca, Morocco, in accordance with the provisions of the Moroccan Commercial Code. Litigation, if necessary, shall be heard by the Commercial Court of Casablanca.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or pandemics affecting operations in Morocco Casablanca.
